Julienne disk, rasping disk (coarse grating), great for snowing ice, grating hard cheese, etc., french fry disk.

For continuous operation, no limitation to amount processed.

This is my favorite attachment and our family uses it weekly. It does a great job shredding cheese and slicing veggies. It can become a small mixing bowl when adding the whip attachment accessory! (See the "Products You May Be Interested In" section below.) Love it!
