Bosch Universal Plus Accessories

For use with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer Bosch recommends using the wire whips and batter whisks for pourable batters. Heavier cookie batters can be mixed with your new Bosch Universal Plus cookie paddles! If you do not already have the metal whip drive, you can choose the new Bosch cookie paddles with metal whip drive for $34.99 and save $8! When using the cookie paddles you need the metal whip drive because of the thick cookie doughs. See the photo of the cookie paddles with the metal whip drive. Simply select the cookie paddles and begin making great cookies!

When using the cookie paddles, you must use the metal whip drive. The dough hook should be used for all stiff stirring, including cookies with raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc. Some bakers will use the cookie paddles, then switch to the dough hook when adding the ingredients that make the dough stiff. For use with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer The Bosch Universal Plus Food Processor Attachment has the traditional food processor knife blades in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. It includes 3 disks used at the top of the bowl. It fits into the same spot where the Bosch Blender sits. It has a 5 cup capacity. For those who want the bottom blades, this is your tool!

The food processor will be great if you are making lots of salsa, meat pâté, or chopping large amounts of nuts. The bottom blade makes these type food products a breeze.

• One shredding disk (reversible coarse & fine)
• Slicing (reversible thick & thin)

This is my favorite attachment and our family uses it weekly. It does a great job shredding cheese and slicing veggies. It can become a small mixing bowl when adding the whip attachment accessory! (See the "Products You May Be Interested In" section below.) Love it!
