For use with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer These wire whisks are designed for whipping and mixing pourable and up to medium batters. Can use for creaming cookie batters, but need dough hook if using chips & nuts and etc. These are excellent for pie crusts.

The dough hook should be used for all stiff stirring, including cookies with raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc. Some bakers will use the cookie paddles, then switch to the dough hook when adding the ingredients that make the dough stiff.
