Soft Wheat - 45 Lb Bucket

This is what all purpose flour is made out of. It is used for pastry baking purposes such as cookies, cakes, pies, pancakes, muffins, etc. It is definitely not a bread flour and will make a hard little loaf, if you try to use it for your bread. I will admit I do not use soft wheat but use Hard White Spring wheat for everything instead. I do this merely for convenience. It does tastes great in your baked products.
