Zojirushi Bakery Supreme Whole Wheat Bread

Auto Baker Method for Excellent Whole Wheat Bread!

1 1/2 cup water (90 - 110F)
2 tsp SAF Instant Yeast
2 tsp Dough Enhancer
2 TB honey
2 TB oil
3 1/2 cup fresh whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 TB Vital Wheat Gluten

Instructions:

First, measure water, honey, yeast, dough enhancer and oil into baking pan. Add flour, salt, and vital wheat gluten. Tap container firmly to level out ingredients. Insert pan securely into baking unit and close lid. Select BASIC WHITE BREAD setting. Press START. The COMPLETE light will flash when bread is done.

Yield: 1 whole wheat bread loaf!
