For use with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer

Bosch recommends using the wire whips and batter whisks for pourable batters. Heavier cookie batters can be mixed with your new Universal Plus cookie paddles!

For $29.99, you can choose the new Bosch cookie paddles! These are even easier to use, and drop onto the Universal's drive shaft with the included metal drive piece (the cone-shaped part shown in the photo).


The dough hook should be used for all stiff stirring, including cookies with raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc. Some bakers will use the cookie paddles, then switch to the dough hook when adding the ingredients that make the dough stiff.
