Note from Paula:

I love to cook! It is a good thing, since I have some hefty eaters in my family! My Bosch Universal Mixer is my power tool for my kitchen. I couldn't live without my Bosch stand mixer nor my L'Equip Nutrimill grain mill. I use solely whole grain flours for all recipes. A simple way to make recipes more healthy: if a recipe calls for a cup of white all purpose flour, I will simply substitute the white flour with 100% whole wheat flour.

Check my blog for more recipes!

To help our family eat more nutritionally, I substitute honey for sugar. (Half cup of honey=one cup of sugar) When honey will not work, I use raw sugar or Xagave! Raw sugar is the closest to the natural sugar cane and the least processed. It actually has minerals in it and your body doesn't assimilate it as fast so you won't have the "sugar highs."

With these two simple changes, 100 % whole wheat flour and honey, I can turn any cookbook recipe into a healthy recipe for my family! Begin experimenting today! Below are plenty of recipes to help you use your Bosch Universal Mixer and other products sold here to make nutritious and delicious food for your family. Be sure to check out Paula's Bread Blog or Paula's Bread facebook for a multiple recipes from main dishes, desserts to whole grain breads. Yum!
