I've had the Bosch Compact for just over a year now, and I wanted to come back to say how wonderful it's been for all my Thanksgiving and Christmas baking.... not to mention the year's worth of birthday cakes, cookies, and breads. My favorite thing to do is make the Pioneer Woman's rolls--a half batch in my case, because my family can't eat quite as many as the recipe makes (http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/11/pw_dinner_rolls_-_no_kneading_required/). Supposedly the recipe is no-knead, but I find that I can give them a turn in the Bosch Compact and it gives my wrists a lot of relief.

I especially love the "planetary action" of the mixing blade... it makes it so you don't have to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Absolute genius!

I do also own the the juicing attachment, which has been a great addition. There is literally nothing like fresh grapefruit juice made with an abundance of Texas grapefruits... it knocks the bitter supermarket cartons out of the park. (Posted on 12/17/11)
