I am in charge of milling flour for our family. My family has been milling fresh flour and our food is tasting better! Some features that I like about the Nutri mill: quiet; large canister so I don't have to spend a lot of time milling. Have noticed that it can mill 5# of flour in less than 10 minutes! I didn't know how easy it would be to make bread! I started with the Bosch mixer and a few S/S bread pans and now I have the Nutrimill, to make my whole wheat bread making complete.

The Nutrimill is so easy to use and easy to clean. You pour the wheat kernels in the top, turn it on and within about 3 minutes you have enough flour for 3-5 loaves. After I am done, I brush it clean.

From the time I mill the wheat to the time I have hot, fresh bread out of the oven, it is about 1 hour! The bread is so fresh, when you can mill the wheat and make the bread right away. (Posted on 11/17/08)
