The Bosch Slicer / Shredder cuts foods as you feed it into a 12 cup capacity bowl. It includes three disks:

One shredding disk (reversible coarse & fine)
Slicing (reversible thick & thin)
French fry cutter which also can be used for stir fry vegetables.

A wonderful attachment for your Bosch Universal Plus.

This is my favorite attachment and our family uses it weekly. It does a great job shredding cheese and slicing veggies. It can become a small mixing bowl when adding the whip attachment accessory! (See the "Products You May Be Interested In" section below.) Love it!
