Product Returns
We accept defective products returns within 30 days after purchase for store credit only. Please email or call for a return authorization and shipping address. Items must be as-shipped condition. We strive for complete customer satisfaction by attempting to answer all your questions before you purchase!! If you feel for any reason you were misinformed about our products, we will gladly work with you to make you happy. :)
Standard shipping is via UPS ground shipping. Some small items are shipped via the US Postal Service. Order by noon central standard time and we strive to ship within a 24 hour period! Shipping damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard with U.S. billing addresses only.
Our online ordering system is encrypted for your protection. Customer credit card information is never transmitted by insecure means.
